It is good news because China is trying, and successfully, to control the lithium sector. Those measure will help other source of lithium to survive...sya included. We all understand that if we end up with only one country to control energy, lithium, then once all competition is gone, China could do whatever they want regarding price, and other advantage of being...in power...imo...
