70 - 100 percent RSI is the classified as overbought territory, but it can hang
in that area for some time. However, the SP hasn't been moving much since
60 percent, so a trader possibly wouldn't be reacting quickly. Also, it's not
100 percent accurate, like any TA. Another stock I own has been sitting at
89 percent for four days, so I have stop losses set, although it has been on
a fast run-up.
