As per tin shed, "I believe its 50/50 split on 75% of 113,000 tonnes or 33% of 6 months supply with a 25% penalty if they fail to deliver"
I haven't noticed anything about penalty, However if this is true it would be better for SYA to pay the penalty and sell all their product by auction!
