Grounds for the agreement to be terminated becuase of a failure to complete a hydroxide plant at NC is completely false.

Upon completion of the carbonate plant, the offtake agreement isn't dissolved. Spodumene gets preferential delivery to the carbonate plant and anything that's not needing is sold to Piedmont under the offtake terms for life of mine.

There's is no point trying to argue the facts.

Also, your points have given me Deja vu.. this was argued 2-3 years ago.

Just on the current situation, if the price for spodumene concentrate went up to $5,000 per tonne, would Tesla and LG, be willing to pay 550% more, knowing how much their supplier (PLL) was paying for the same product?
