crap funding facility. same flamin thing happened with the negma facility in 2019 which was terminated 12 months later - and yet here we are again back at that ridiculous point - this IMO is a desperate move for funding - the DOE funding IMO shoiuld have been ANN'ed by now if MNS had received it and yet all quiet. maybe awaiting battery certification maybe not???. maybe too many irons in the fire for DOE and maybe not? lots of scenarios.

but still shaiking my head at this funding facility - once bitten twice shy they say - but nothere for whatever reason as i had thought there was plenty money in the kitty for certification to be finlaised?. all imo.
