In regards to NE, I think they may pursue either a JV, or perhaps spin it out and list it separately. I am not sure how much interest there would be in that approach. They could retain a stake, and offer current shareholders a preferential allocation. I know they don’t want a cheap sale, they seem quite confident about their funding for Chatree at present. Mr Market however seems to think a CR is imminent. I am not sure who is right- I have obviously backed management and bought more. We will see soon enough.
