I say this on the basis of my recent experience in another company I am invested in where the broker which provided broking services was selling down its shares in order to prevent the exercise of options at a particular option price, but was all along buying them back through multiple other accounts. The Top 20 in a company like Kingsgate does not suddenly sell down their holdings when the company is once again on the verge of greatness.
