Nueva Esperanza Gold/Silver Project, Chile
Kingsgate has been running a protracted sale process for its Nueva Esperanza Gold/Silver
Project in Chile, and while Kingsgate remains open to a trade sale for the asset, it should be
noted that the company’s status has improved markedly from when Nueva was first offered for
sale. Further, given the strong commodity market for both gold and silver, the company has
been approached by other parties that can assist in unlocking the value of the project, which
may include Kingsgate monetizing some or all the project, and/or enabling Kingsgate
shareholders to participate in a process that unlocks its value via a development pathway.
