The upcoming JORC is a key point in time for those guys to run some numbers and see if it fits their models. It wont take a rocket scientist to see that this is a globally significant deposit. The early carb grade is also going to be telling. The iron stones are enough for a big player who wants the main criteria sorted. If DRE didn't have the carbs, its still Australia's upcoming monster imo. They could drill this for years, but you reach a point where that is not needed. They can just drill when they need to add to the resource. Get to 40m tons and convert half into reserves, then you have 20 years mine life. They just infill drill the increase the strike once they get into production. This is why i reckon by the end of next year, we could become a statistic. It could happen earlier. Lot to like.
There is zero value in the price for the Kimberly right now imo. This is all about the REE until that drilling program comes back on line next year.
