Most of any raise above the underwritten $2m will be used for wages & salaries. Time for them to tighten their belts and not squander SH money.
Let's see if GJ takes up his full entitlement of over $255k. JW can easily afford his entitlement of $28k on his very generous remuneration - if I remember rightly, he was reluctant to take a pay cut during the slow times of Covid.
If you must buy then buy on market at same price. Not much happening anytime soon, otherwise the CR would have been later.
