Yes I have not done the numbers but mid $70 an oz is what others have been saying it got sold for.
Its low grade , intuitively that would mean lower margins per oz than what Mctavish would have but really need to get more data from CAV to confirm that.
The only conclusion I can draw at this stage is that maybe finally some of the smarter larger players realise now is the time to pounce on the juniors while they are undervalued on a prospectively basis
The fact another junior is going the in house heap leach route nearby , is interesting as well as it does give another possible option for CAV if the metallurgy is conducive to that .
