Unfortunately, I happened to read the F-1 statement where millions of shares were issued for $2.50 each… That gives a $2.50 valuation.
I then applied a 60% Tony Sage tax as a discount factor and landed on $1 per share…
Further discounts also possible if market decides to short the stock further due to the Definitive Unfeasibility Study.
