My thinking is the BEOT from the US is shorting nearly all Lithium miners as we speak but still accumulating substantial holdings with which they will use to support buyouts, amalgamations and maybe even go long. They have a bottomless pit of funds and with this happening they are driving lithium share prices down and graphite miners shares are shadowing them.
It all rotates around the IRA.

Best guess is State Street and cronies manipulating and accumulating their holdings but staying below the 5% holder notice.
The IRA has brought the beot to the Australian battery materials scene and graphite and RNU is only one of many.
They are here only because of how potentially good RNU is.
