Assuming that OTC will be approved one day, is it known whether Pulse will show a BP reading without connection to the App? (as any ordinary BP device can now) I am interested , because there may be many people who would buy the Pulse, but not be prepared to pay the ongoing subscription for the app.
(Me, for example.) I know the big money would come from the subscription to the app.
