The proxy form is confusing. The green page, which is obviously put out by management, states that "before the commencement of the meeting at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, 18th June 2014. I thought the meeting was on the 20th, as stated on the back of the page. Further, the white proxy sheet, should you want to vote differently than management, does not have my name or reference number. So if I just sign this and sen it in, how will it be counted? Seems to me management is really trying to be slippery and a bit underhanded here.
Further, yesterday someone called on behalf of Image to ask how I would vote. They told me an important announcement was coming out today. Now that seems to me to be a serious violation of ASIC by telling me in advance that an announcement is coming. As it turns out, the announcement is really just a rehash of intentions. Thank goodness I didn't buy more thinking it might actually be important.
Voting no!
