Because the company has no capital. It has a market cap of 120m and needs 100m to cross the finish line depending on what the FDA requires. Respectfully, do you honestly think that the dose confirmation is going to make a pharma jump? That implies that the company is going to be worth a lot more than what it is today and if it is such a slam dunk as others are suggesting, would they not put pen to paper now when it is worth a lot less. Personally, I’m not drinking the Kool Aid.
