At first glance the performance options do appear excessive. My immediate though is that this looks like a sneaky grab.
Some dumb questions that play on the side of the speculative, if anyone is willing to share their opinions..
If Oleg & Co were to be issued these options, what percentage of shares held would the leadership team have in comparison to present day?
Also, if leadership retains current holdings, could there be concern ownership/direction of DRO be swayed by future majority holders e.g. insto's or larger corps?
