As Blue Sky went to significant lengths to identify which funds were shorting the company so that they could instruct brokers not to allocate short-sellers stock in the recent capital raising, why after I assume they were informed of Glaucus short positions did two of the directors as per 12/03/2018 notices here and here decide to dump 200,000 shares on market @ $11.50 on 07/03/2018.

Also, and maybe I'm just getting old here but my data is telling me that the total number of BLA shares sold on market @ $11.50 on 07/03/2018 was a big fat zero?

I'm holding a pretty neutral position on BLA until I see their response to the accusations raised by Glaucus. Most analysts were pretty positive on BLA until Glaucus released their report.

Congratulations on the detailed background history you posted on Glaucus above. You seem to have quite an extensive knowledge of the organization.
