Simple, but hugely possible. Just need a royalty document drafted by lawyers and we'd be off. Need agreement from unit holders if they want out. How much, and who can buy out their income stream....yada yada

I don't mind the sound of it.

I think AVB are approachable enough to at least listen to it? Wouldn't they K?

Good idea but IMO first things first. If the intention is to rally up as many as possible to support a royalty deal on centro, maybe we should first all rally together to have KAL replace Bias for starters.

Something is not right and we have the right man in Kal to do what SH expect when in that position.
