There are certainly now no reasons why directors cannot communicate with shareholders about just what is happening with our company. If someone could please post an email address for the chair we should all send a please explain request and update on company business activities. Also what happened to the underwrite agreement. Plenty of other questions based on info contained in the IPO prospectus.
