On the upside is this NUM union in Sth Africa about to call a strike which previously crippled the platinum industry there for months . If the gold industry collapsed in Africa , there would be massive unemployment leading to total economic chaos and even civil wars . Just trying to work out supply and demand but as i said the hedge funds now run the whole financial system .
