Looking at the Israeli situation and it appears that they have seriously miscalculated in the same manner that the US has monumentally miscalculated in their orchestrated war against Russia in Ukraine.
Israel appears to be unable to defeat HAMAS so they have no chance of defeating Hezbollah and when it comes to Iran then forget about it. A significant number of Israeli's have left their homes in Northern Israel due to the Hezbollah threat. Also a significant number of Israeli's have been "pulled" from the work force to join the military meaning the economy is downshifting as costs are uplifting. The country is in big trouble.
The Americans refuse to "assist" Israel in a counter strike on Iran so the Israeli's have the choice of being on the receiving end of a real Iranian attack as opposed to the heads up that they were previously given if they decide to attack Iran in the hope and probability of bringing in the US to assist them, which would of course bring in the Ruski's if the US was dumb enough to attack Iran.
Or are the Israeli's going to be restricted to more sanction demands against Iran as they acquire the appearance of a toothless tiger while continuing to slaughter innocent, helpless victims, which the US excels at. We shall see.
