Looking at the terrorist event in Moscow and it appears that ISIS has claimed responsibility. This is most certainly the type of operation they launch. It is hard to imagine the Ukrainians pulling a stunt like this. The one thing is clear and that is the Ruski's will get to the bottom of this and dish out their response when they are ready. Their intelligence is second to none and any captives will no doubt be thoroughly "interrogated". The Ruski's are also not interested in false flag operations.
