On further reflection, Europe still a basket case, Brexit concerns still loom. Election not too far away (9 Nov) from theSeptember Fed meeting. Raising rates will result in a strong USD, this could undo a lot of good work that has taken place in the US economy, the recent US GDP data was woeful. All this and more will likely stay the Fed's hand in September.
