Banks just cannot be trusted to do the right thing...I know i have plenty of properties and the banks are price goughing leeches.....deal with them enough and at a high enough level and their level of incompetence and shonky dealings will just astound you.....why would you hedge in this current cycle? Tell me everthing is awesome in economic land......house of cards me thinks....
