The sp inaction is frustrating, but far from unique to DEG. One can cherry pick equities that have recently outperformd DEG -- but that's simplistic minded, ie. stupid. Too stupid to dispute at length: share count, land, treasury...
As for DEG specifically, I look to the share count. A real Whopper!! Therefore HUGE volume is needed to move the sp materially. This, too, is not unique on the ASX.
