Assuming that ever dollar of credit card debt was put into the Dow Jones (which is an insane assumption), that would account for $763 billion. That leaves $5.4 trillion unexplained.
I think I may have be too polite in my earlier post. I will fill in the dots for you: Your reported claim that $9 in every $10 invested in the Dow Jones was made using borrow money is unbelievably stupid.
