OK, everybody's entitled to a nervous breakdown, but if you're managing the most important Central Bank in the world...and its failed policies over decades now, and elect to again follow already proven failed courses of action, six years into the "expansion"?

There is no world growth, it is still in downtrend, an opportunistic uptick on the dow does not fix the fiat problem.

The USD has had its day.
