Does anyone have any decent evidence of the property market crashing. I know a couple of sellers that are getting desperate. They could sell but that would mean they would only get a 40% profit over the 50% they could have had last year.
If they don;t accept soon they wont even have that in my opinion.
Rental yields are way too low to justify anywhere close to current prices.
