@Skol you're right in saying people would have profit after owning property for 10 years. I have property I have gold and I have stocks. Unlike you I still own outright my properties and getting a return weekly. Rather then you building a property right now in NZ where prices are inflated and the cost of living is pricely. Your down ramping of gold is ridiculous here as you post fake charts in correlation to people's profits. The fact you "sprook" all your eggs in one basket being property makes your risk alot higher then other people that spread their wealth over multiple assets. All assets carry their own risk. But you paint a picture of yourself of being the simple type. The type my 3yr old could paint of a simple looking house with weird sun and rays beaming down on it.
You are commending yourself about building a property in NZ for yourself to live in. Where's your rental income from that property? Oh wait it's a literal liability. I hope this isn't news to you. Peace.
