As for silver i saved every Australian round 50c coin i could get hold of as 3 × 80% silver content = just over 1 oz of pure Silver.
Same with all the pre 1946 silver coinage which was all sterling.
Post till decimal started from 1946 on are 50% Silver.
In the US, they call that constitutional Silver.

Just hold it and pick up bullion whenever it's cheap you wont lose long term.

How do you know this? From a gold 'stacking' website? Actually I'd say it's total bollocks, wealthy people utilise their money effectively.
