They have been and still are bully boys who liked stealing humans and selling them as slaves, they have raped and pillaged Earths resources. England the birth place of capitalism allowed the IR to decimate quality of life on Earth. As terrorists they went around stealing land, colonizing countries and installing their rule of law that favours them because they had more guns than spears.
