I'm puzzled as to whether they can raise rates. Trump doesn't like them and if they ruin his infrastructure program raising rates he might react and kick them out or who knows what...
Raising rates without talking to him and getting his permission first in December is suicide in my opinion.
I'm watching to see if/when they meet, and the 14th is fast approaching...
