The Non-farm payroll numbers has increased but overall employment has decreased. Personally I think there needs to be more specificity in determining if the created job was a short-term casual/part-time job with less overall productivity since they work less hours, or a long-term full-time job with generally more impact. I read into this as currently bearish but the implications will be hard-felt in years to come
