@Ophir is right re 'rebalancing of van eck JNUG. I think it is scandalous that the ETF got so bloated that they had large gold miners in it and even large silver miners who just picked up a bit of gold. The rebalancing actually funnelled money AWAY from junior gold miners who have been starved of capital - another piece in the puzzle as to why junior gold miners have only had modest gains so far
