Nova, Greeks could hold another referendum on leaving the Eurozone at some stage. The gov't would have to have Russian and/or Chinese support assurances in place again prior to the referendum.
A massive vote in favour of leaving would empower the gov't.
They "wimped out" in the last referendum by voting to stay with the Eurodollar.
Do you remember Tsipras's visits to Moscow? Paul Craig Roberts, eminent US commentator, has said that Greece received promises of economic support if they decided to defy the Euro bankers and to re-establish their own currency. But the Greek population wouldn't go the "extra yard".
Essentially the Greeks were their own worst enemy at that time.
