I doubt the demise of large numbers of baby boomers will dent the market much, maybe just slow it down a tad. Between the beginning of Feb and the end of March the average Auckland property increased by $100,000, a lot of people are getting very rich very fast, but obviously it won't go on forever.
I expect the property market to level off but not decline or crash, there's too much demand.
