i dont know. but if you wn=ent back to the gfc they did stocvk purchases then - the disclosure rules likely remain similar
ive long thought they were usu=ing that ld mandate to buy securities esp about 3 months ago
the buying in the worst sector/laggard stocks was too hard to explain otherwise
