Hinchy I hear where your comin from, but "whatever it takes" and the speed of the internet I think will cause stagflation not depression. There will be crashes along the way , real estate is ALL about low interest rates, (cheap money). Lets face it if I could loan 10 million bucks at a cost of 0.1% p.a. (to exaggerate the case) at cost of 10k p.a.. just gimme the doe! I coulds buy a 10 million dollar property for 200 bucks a week. Maybe your talkin the end game , then we look at a reset of the system when the ponsie scheme reaches its limit maybe.
