I'll say 4 because that's the way the 'powers that be' will get to 1. Just like they made people register their guns. It was and always has been with a view to confiscate. So then we end up with stuff going 'underground', gold or guns. This conundrum has so many variables. Any adverse attempt to control gold ownership would, I think, send the poor man's gold (silver) into orbit. I would like that, I'd like it a lot!! Cheers, Audacious.
