Id say it was too known / telegraphed/ out in the open to catch the markets completely off guard so for me didn't qualify as a black swan.. the effects of this will play out short medium and long term with legislation taking 2 years to come into full effect as I understand it.
Brexit may precipitate a future black swan like a bank run or dollar default which are more likely to be overnight market and financial disasters and directly linked to this first of many votes of no confedence towards the unelected technocrats and leaders not serving the people rather the streaming off of common wealth and it's transfer to private banks and entities eroding our standard of living ..
