It really amuses me when gold bears try and tell you that gold is a waste of time and provide endless charts to show that shares etc do better.Over the long term every currency and every share that ever existed has disappeared.or collapsed. Gold is the only money that has survived the test of time..... period.
===========1. Shares do way better than gold, it's a proven fact, I've proved it here dozens of times. Shares mostly don't 'disappear', they're taken over or rationalised, stock markets have been around for thousands of years. Lloyds of London for example has been around since 1686.
2. Gold isn't 'money'....and that's a fact. This is 'money'. Let me know next time you buy something with a gold bar.
