Gold's a dud, did you see the youtube video I posted above? When that was made in 2011 the gold price was US$1,580, and 10 years later it's US$1,795. And no rent or any kind of return.

Gold is the worst bet imaginable.

sounds interesting but you have said in the past that
interest rates will be going up.
That would surely curb the rising housing prices.

How much higher can the property prices go from
here? Is there a wage growth at the same pace?

And yet you say you want to sell in October!
