They pay Biden to speed things up to deliberately invoke a response from the freedom loving republic.
There will be outrage, they'll say Biden is out of touch with most Americans, etc. which makes it more likely Trump will get voted in.
They also then pay Trump to reverse the decision.
Like it or not, this is how politics are played.
