This is now proving true unfortunately, with a few companies (MIN, RIO) quoting unable to find truck drivers, labor resources etc.
I think lithium being uniquely different in it's on-site technical expertise may be an advantage in a way as there's only so many mines so many people can go to, but in terms of trucking / logistics we may have issues in getting plant 2 back to full throughput immediately as there is simply not that many people out there in WA right now in those roles..
