IMO well worth spending 10 minutes listening to:

Again, I can't fault anything Brendan said in the presentation.

My own modeling and interpretation of the pilot performance to date supports the assertion that the permeability in the piloted coals is more than adequate for a successful result and a significant maiden 2P (Bankable) certification.

Extensive calculations indicate that the margin/GJ for gas sold to China and Gas used to generate power sold into the Mongolian market are almost identical which Goves THK excellent optionality in negotiations to maximize shareholder returns.

The large-scale power generation model I have used (In excess of 1 Gigawatt, IE 1,000 Megawatts) is based on combined cycle gas turbines to power the generators similar to that used in the Queensland Darling Downs Power Station in the photo below.

Because of its high efficiency Combined cycle power generation is the greenest way of generating base load power to partner wind and Solar as Mongolia heads toward a greener economy.

IMO 1 GW of base load from Gurvantes would be just about the right mix right to achieve this.



This should serve to give some idea of the potential scale of the Gurvantes project regardless of whether the gas is monetized down the pipe or down the wire.
