The reason that people are upset, is that these certification fees are giving Islam the very unsettling and unjust advantage to establish their Islamic religion and law over the rest of us. Through certification fees alone it's possible to finance substantial economic and religious advances. Two trillion dollars is a lot of money to throw around for doing absolutely nothing.
