Forget all this drama of the capital raising for now, within few days that will be all forgotten and put aside, let us concentrate on what BSM have now acquired or should I say they are to become Australia only ASX listed large flake graphite producer.
Graphmada is producing and operating already and bringing money in already and BSM will now own 100% of the project, also sales agreements are already in place, and even with 900m shares on issue [after the capital raising], the m/c will be under $16m.....ABSOLUTE BARGAIN, wait till the market wakes up to this, the share price will not be 1.6c anymore, also more announcements and updates now are expected from the company.
In 2015 alone Graphmada produced and sold over 1500 tons of graphite and 2016 looks even bigger with sales to India, Europe and the United States.
Finally, subject to management, pulling all the right strings, have to say, there is no reason why this cannot be a $150-$200m company within 12 months.....we shall wait and see but without a doubt from all graphite companies on the ASX, this is definitely my favorite......good luck all.
