In relation to the proposed placement of shares @ 4 cents and another considerable amount @ 5.6 cents ( wait for it ) within 4 years. Is this the same David rosa that expressed excitement with the companies direction stating to pigosteel that the shares are grossly undervalued with the concencus being north of 30 cents. Are we to believe this an achievement.The voting form for the august meeting lists 21 resolutions, all but five refer to massive increases in remuneration and bonus shares.Getting back to achievements, in december 2007 the share price exceeded 16 cents.What does this say for incentive payments. This company is yet to start their pivotal trials.These proposals are a very clear indication of the quality of the board and the road ahead.
