it has traded 9 trading days. only 1 day has been notably positive, the 2nd day(where it dead cat bounce into 4.90)
seller ratio is still huge at -21% down. So it needs to go down further, as much until it can get buyers.
mngmt have a lot of work to do, to first arrest the declining SP, and then think about targeting $4.90 plus. could take years if at all.
